As an Account Executive at IPMG, we are proud to recognize individuals who embody the spirit of exceptional community service. One such remarkable individual we have the privilege to acknowledge is Mr. Kyle Shell, who has been awarded the New Melle Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award for 2023.

Since joining our organization, Kyle has consistently displayed an unwavering dedication to serving both the New Melle Chamber of Commerce and the broader community. Even at a young age, Kyle's involvement in New Melle Sports and Rec showcased his passion for community engagement. From playing ball to umpiring and eventually assuming roles such as tournament director, facilities director, and festival chairperson, Kyle's contributions have left a lasting impact. Notably, he introduced the cherished "Family Night" to the New Melle Festival schedule, creating an inclusive experience for all.

During his formative years, Kyle also demonstrated his commitment to community well-being by joining the New Melle Fire Department. Even before becoming an official volunteer firefighter, he exhibited remarkable initiative by investing in his own scanner and assisting at incident scenes. His willingness to lend a helping hand and go above and beyond has earned him a reputation as a dependable and compassionate individual.

Kyle's dedication to community service continued throughout his academic pursuits. As "Mr. FBLA" (Future Business Leaders of America) at Francis Howell High School, he exemplified leadership and a passion for making a difference. This served as a foreshadowing of his future involvement in various community organizations.

While earning his Master's Degree at the University of Central Missouri, Kyle actively engaged with the New Melle Chamber of Commerce, embodying the values we hold dear. He took on multiple roles within the chamber, including President, President-Elect, Scholarship Chair, and Board of Directors member. His invaluable contributions extended to co-chairing the annual golf tournament, emceeing the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, and participating in numerous other chamber-sponsored events, such as the Spring Fling fundraiser, New Melle Country Christmas, and New Melle Plein Air painting day.

Beyond his involvement with the chamber, Kyle's dedication to community service extends to various boards and committees. As a Director on the NMFPD Board of Directors and the NMSR Board of Directors, he actively shapes the direction of these organizations. Additionally, he serves as a valued member of The Cuivre River Electric Nominating Committee and holds the esteemed position of Chairman on the CREC Operation Roundup Board of Directors. Furthermore, his commitment to community planning and development is exemplified by his role as Commissioner for District #2 on the St Charles County Planning and Zoning Commission.

At IPMG, we are proud to have Kyle as part of our team. His tireless efforts in supporting fundraising activities and organizations throughout the community, including NMSR, NMFPD, and the Chamber of Commerce, exemplify his selflessness and dedication.
